Konstrundan is primarily funded through grants from Swedish foundations in Finland and has over the years also received support from other foundations, including the Finnish Cultural Foundation. At the same time, Konstrundan is affected by uncertain times, reduced public funding for the cultural and arts sector, and rising general costs.
Against this background, Konstrundan’s board decided to increase the application fee to €30.00 (incl. VAT 25.5%). The income is used to cover part of the administrative costs.
