The materials you have received from Konstrundan are designed to help visitors find their way to your studio. We would like you to distribute the magazines, postcards and posters in your local area before the event. You can write a short message on the postcard, circle your studio in the magazine or recommend your studio in some other way. There is a spot to write your studio name or own message on the A3 poster (light blue). Write your studio name and number on the poster or add your logo. Bear in mind that the more often potential visitors see information about Konstrundan, the more likely they are to visit the event and your studio.
Examples of local places where you can distribute materials, please remember to ask for permission:
- Libraries and cultural centres
- Adult education centres and community centres
- Cafés, restaurants and bars
- Museums and galleries
- Sports halls, swimming halls and ice rinks
- Hotels, shops and local businesses
- Schools, youth centres, music institutes and art schools
- Market squares and city halls
- Train and bus stations
If you need more posters, you can download them from Kontrundan’s Google Drive and get them printed yourself at a local print shop. In the folder, you’ll also find a 50 × 70 cm poster file for an A-frame sign, tips for social media posts, graphics and videos, as well as safe space and QR code -files that you can print yourself.
Online marketing
Let your followers know that you’re taking part in Konstrundan and where they can find you. For example, you could film a short video showing how to get to your studio. You could also create a carousel post with a few photos of your studio and your art, but don’t show everything!
Tell your followers what they can experience when they visit. Are you offering something to eat or a cup of coffee? Perhaps you’re running a workshop for visitors. Can people buy your art, or will you be working on something during the event?
Konstrundan will also publish a post about special programmes during the event. If you see it, leave a comment and let our followers know what you’ll be offering at your studio.

Konstrundan signs
Put up the Konstrundan signs on Friday before the event. You can tie them up, lean them against something or display them in whatever way works best for you and your venue. Remember to take the signs down after the event and keep them for next year.
Please note that the sign has an arrow. Position the sign so that the arrow points towards your studio.
