In my painting I explore new dimensions of painting. Minimalism. Depth. Expressions. Lights and shadows. Some very special mountains. As a painter I believe in making moments eternal. That can happen only trough art. Thats why I love to paint. I can find synchronicity within the nature and human body trough contemporary expressionist painting. I am inspired by 1800- century Norwegian painter Peder Balke, abstract expressionist Helen Frankenthaler from U.S.A, minimalist Sam Lock from England and many other contemporary painters.

Program during Konstrundan

I will show my works in my garage based ateljé and in our courtyard and terrace. There is small snacks and something to drink for visitors. Some works are for sell. I hope these works will find their way to new homes. If the whether is good I will play guitar and sing my own songs in Finnish at the terrace.

Driving directions

By car. Turn from Länsiväylä to Tapiola. Turn to Westend. Drive by Westendinkatu 800 meters. Turn left to Westendinkuja when there is Intel Finland building at your right side. House 9b is light beige two storeys high building. You can leave your car by the Westendinkuja (alley).

By bus: take bus 105 from Lauttasaari. Hop off at Westendinkulma bus stop. Walk 100 meters back by Westendinkuja.
