Information about the artist / the group

I am a practicing visual artist from Bristol.U.K.
My aim is to create an on going body of work that relates to our landscape and the issues of
environmental damage due to constant property development and the loss of habitat to wildlife.
My imagery revolves around the natural world in the urban landscape, creating hybrids of
animal and architectural drawings , prints and mixed media works. Although the starting point
for my work is always my drawings, I have a multidisciplinary approach to image making.
I incorporate elements of drawing, printmaking, photography and painting in order to create a
collage on the printed surface. The end result is to provide a jigsaw like narrative to address
issues on social and environmental living and question how we are using our surroundings.
