I am Heli Maristo, a picture maker and retired visual arts teacher, Master of Arts, 1995 and a member of Sipoo taiteilijat ry since 1997.
At the center of my paintings is color in all its diversity and materiality, which has taken me to various playful experiments and combinations. The playfulness might be seen in the names of the paintings as well.
