Information about the artist / the group

I realised that being Peter Pan is not a real profession, so I decided to become a visual artist instead. I do art, graphic design and illustration but I mainly I do oil paintings. I've been privileged to have 35 exhibitions, since 2018, more or less half of them have been curated joint exhibitions.

Program during Konstrundan

During Konstrunda weekend, I mainly paint paintings for my Aika muuttaa kaupunkia! - art project, for which I have received a grant from the Alfred Kordelin Foundation. The visitor can see in my workspace how the paintings are created as part of the demolition waste of these demolished houses. I paint the works on hardboard and use left over paints from construction sites in the project. One work consists of many pieces and describes the change of the street of Nokia.

Driving directions

The workspace is located in the basement of a detached house. No elevator.
