WHAT IS KONSTRUNDAN

During a weekend in September, around 500 professional artists, artisans and designers opened their doors to the public. The visitors are offered presentations of the artists and their works, discussions and energizing experiences.

Konstrundan has been organised annually since 2008 and attracts around 400 participants and 26,000 visitors yearly. This year, Konstrundan will be held on the first weekend in September, 7-8.9.

Since 2012, Konstrundan has also organised activities for children and young people. The aim is to give a positive image of creative professions and to inspire children to create. We hope to see many children and young people participate in this year's art activities led by Anu Nurminoro and Mari Erävaara from Tuuru Tulenpesä.
